help, birth parents

This is the most desperate thing I've ever posted. I really doubt posting this will help but it's better than trying to pretend I don't care. Earlier this month I was supposed to get access to my birth records, and original birth certificate. I can't, because some asshole had all the birth records in Ohio sealed from the 60s till 15 months after I was born. I feel crazy, like a huge part of me is missing. Every time I go out I keep an eye out for anyone who looks like me, maybe a distant relative. That's why I'm posting this. Could anyone help? I can get more info possibly but my adopted mom doesn't want to get the papers out again.. Or has this happened to anyone else? Rant thread I guess lol.
My birth mom's name is Robin, she's like 57 I think. Someone told my adopted mom she lived in California at some point (case worker?). My half brother is 30-ish, half sister is early-mid 20s. My dad's name is Steve Wilson. Or atleast my 'paternal uncle' is Bob Wilson, and my dad's name was Steve. I was born in Toledo in 1995. Both parents had schizophrenia. My aunt on my mom's side was named Becky, she had 2 brothers? Or 3. Idk. I think 2. It said both her parents had blonde hair and blue eyes. If anyone replies saying they'll help I'll give my email address :P

Why can't you get birth records? That's really weird.

Bob Wilson is a really common name... I even have a friend in Ohio with the name, and there's no way he's your uncle (https://www.facebook.com/hotaru2k3).  Probably the best thing you can do is get your adopted mom to find the papers. Tell her how important it is to you that you get them and explain to her how much work you've put into finding the information for yourself.

Why do you want to find out who your parents are? If they both had schizophrenia and put you up for adoption, chances are that their lives are incredibly depressing. Your adoptive mother is the one who most deserves to be called your mom... after all, she took care of you and loved you for all these years, even though she didn't have to.
