Someone is forced into doing drugs, selling them, a cop stops them lets them go, and then in the mail a fake multi felony charge apearence letter happense, and then they have this group giving them shelter anonymously for dependence reasons.

Cuz i would thing the entire time they would be stuck there, lving a lifestyle on the run for no reason, you could even switch the hosts file in the computer. or even something simpler, so if they checked they would see the same info.

But would it work?

with even the right prsonality you could lure them, with anger or lust, with a sort of guid, and even not touch them or anything. there like police there all like mutt dogs.
