Here is a very basic things as a example of how you could go down in history.
You could destroy the US constitution. It may be more difficult then just going to a museum, You may need some kind of light, or even bullets. crashing threw the wall with some kind of veichal. Only the chosen one gets to destroy this age old constitution.
Someone could deface mount rush more,
Someone could rent a airplane and have it loaded with thermite "a type of mite", crash it into a very large government building, or something symbolic and old.
You dont neccerly need more then a $100000 to do these.
