theres all kinds of things between the human interactions that they ordinarily do, and theres a very manipulatable factor with the movements of people, even internaly, a simple change in one of these places, from whoever can make that change, could couase something that can be used as a aid, in whatever your trying to do.

They can be used as spys, they can be used to stall someone from sueing, or even pressing charges, theres social interactions and manipulations, you can use them for death, even for competition. they can be used for mind control, even used because they have various powers of authority.

You could even use these people as a meathod to create yourself or someone a lawsuit for making money.
