How should we create a conspiracy?

Each buisness, institute, other elements, are like a circut diagram, there highly manipulatable.

Each person is manipulatable.

Chemicals can be used by psychiatrists to change behaviors.
They have BOCES and they use the environment to alter behaviors.

Theres cult phenomenon.

Even the traffic itself can be rerouted.

computers all kinds of stuff.

Then even magicians.

everything is more manipulatable with data on a person.

what to create?
what to conspire?

someone should make a build a conspiracy workshop. Im no that brave personally.

a wiki that uses pieces of information, and lots of references like flashcards, to help aid in quickly picking up skills, and learning faster from advice, from the basic real world stuff. just like a school, that makes a bunch of false reports in there own records, to keep them from getting  a job and effecting them in legal situations, common sense chain reactions.

with walk threw guides, that tell them every prices in few words to a effect and all the uses.

something that brings every known element to any situation to a simple manipulation to couase a major conspiracy.
