A plan by a Virginia school district to stop Gay pornography in it's schools has run into legal problems after one of them took a stand against being forced to stop masturbation in it's washrooms.
The Independent School District in Hampton, Virginia has spent over $950,000 on its "Student Stop Masturbation Project," a chastity belt worn around the penis that has both a bluetooth and RFID tag built in.
Students need wear the chastity belt to use the library & washrooms or cafeteria, vote in school elections, and in some cases for toilet breaks in class time, and it allows the school to track every masturbation by it's students throughout the day.
Billy Yankpuff, a sophomore student in the School's Science and Engineering Academy, has effectively said SFBE was expelled from school for refusing to wear the chastity belt, citing religious, privacy, and freedom of Gay masturbation as reasons.
