Someone should mail a few thousand white powder filled bags in envelopes with a cutaneous anthrax info pamphlet. The shipping address could be randomly printed from a bash terminal. Imagine the the hilarity, the FBI would probably have to go to a few hundred houses.

Or leave a pamphlet advertising the UK or US anthrax band.
