Het guys, what are some protips for life and dealing with ADHD?

Suffering from this condition is worse than autism because it's not severe enough for anyone to be willing to help you. Drugs don't always help. Sometimes they just turn you into a paranoid zombie with a inner monologue to a movie that doesn't exist. If you really have ADHD, you have superior: reflexes, hearing, smell , sight, touch and taste but you don't remember using them.
I recommend staying away from television commercials [mute them if you can't avoid them], blinking screens [put your hand in front of your face or look away], airborne chemical contaminants [no smoking], noisy areas [ear plugs], foods with coloring in them [DUH] and most of all:driving [spacing out while driving is dangerous to everyone].
When you are doing a project, take a break and take notes of what is active in your mind so you will remember to get back to it. If you don't prioritize your day, you will end up on 4chan all day and will have nothing to show for it. When you take in data, be sure to analyze, interpret and simplify that data. There is no reason to have a 3000x3000 pixel image with 9billion colors if a 100x100 pixel icon in monochrome can give the same message.
Before you go back on the internet, categorize all of the garbage you have into folders. If you can't be pushed to do that, delete everything that doesn't matter. After you have done that, make a back up copy of the files that matter on a external drive. There is nothing worse than backtracking because you spaced out.
TL;DR? Go running outside and take notes everywhere. I remember the most important things after 300 steps.
