OK so You have kid with behavior issues,  You have them told at school that there going to stick a brain implant in there head. You make some fake events up and say it was something from when they where littler and might not remember.

When there older make a girl approach them that you can tell they would be attracted to.  Have the girl get him sent to a hospital. Get nurses to brainwash and reference older memories.


Now how can I apply this Knowledge of how this works from what ive seen from the government and apply it to criminal enterprise?
