Ok a master fap could pull this off, first you have to find out who each congressman's blood relatives are. Then you try to sleep with each closest member in relation. The goal is to fuck the closest relation to each member on congress that you can. This means you would have to be abled to not only find the attractive ones but you have to be abled o\to fuck one per month, otherwise you will get to old.
