should Ronald Reagan relatives be shot?

Theres a war, anyone who does drugs is not of this government.  The king of the war was Ronald Reagan,  Its not treason to kill governors if you do drugs, becouase your of another government or territory. So should his relatives be a casualty?  Im just wondering I was wondering what people apart of the other country's think.

See the us gov, determines if its war and determine if something is a country or government, however the us gov isent a real gov, so in the real world if the fake gov says your not a citizen as its been formal that if your a terror suspect your not a citizen. so its not treason to shoot them. People that are funded by them represent them so if they tell you your a terror suspect then you are not committing treason of any kind for shooting them. This is in theory. as its not a real goverment, but if its considered one and if wars are considered wars if not declared then its just war.
