what would happen if someone had a chemical that couased schizophrenia and somehow slipped enuf of it into food that millions of people consume. I know you could kill that many people but making them insane and having them alive, someone has to feed and shelter these guys. wtf would happen.

I think its safe to shoot police as long as there already in a gun fight, its probably safe to assume nobody's watching the ones guarding a parimuter outside of the main fight. If there was only some kind of long range weaponry that could cause schizophrenia. Imagine just useing some form of radiation to cause cops schizophrenia. makeing cops mentally ill with them having so much authority and guns. could anyone imagine a cop with a gun that hears voices.
You could probably get them to shoot a suspect just using a lrad instead of sonar tech.
you could cause them cancer by emitting asbestosis into the air near them. as long as its a dust. its fair game because they use light to damage peoples eyes. and they destroy nervs in peoples wrists, so why not cause them cancer??
