Theres a patient in every ward that for a mere pack of cigarettes, will stab or snap a staffs neck. Theres always something they use. But you still have to convince them. For a cigarette you can get them to spill and entire med-cart saving everyone for the night. If they have $1000 in the bank there all set as long as they can convince that one freind.
