I cant do this because I have false police records and a Illegal eviction from before. There well documented false destruction evidence on the record. Plus Some of the rochester NY state judges is currupt so im not going to risk a lower court.

If your landlord sucks wont give you locks that other people have the keys to, wont fix issues with other tendents,wont repair anything heres things you might do.
Use fire extinguisher and make home smoggy, witch will keep settling. use extinguisher down the vents for hilarity. use it in the road out of sight. dont use it all make it look like it wasn't used.
You could rewire the outlets. If on ssi you could reck the place. Poop and pee in upper part of toilet. Poop repentantly in vent. Goof up lighting. dirty rugs, take out screws, drill hole near sink so if it over flows it leaks down stairs.
mess with door hingis. Poop under rug. sabatosh frige make it loos some coolent, mees stive up, burn plastic make house sutty black. etc
