Verification Captcha Not Displaying

In the image boards... there's nothing there and, obviously, I can't post. Even when I tab through it skips the area. I've tried cleaning cookies/rebooting/different browsers; so change. The fuck is this? Anyone got any idea how to fix this?

I don't use Noscript; I mainly use Chrome anyway... any other ideas?
