Every time I keep my music off in my apt, music turns out outside or downstairs. Theres a obvious delay. I live in Rochester NY. I see a psychologist near RPC. There administrators are odd people who want there first born children dead and or other immediate family dead. No im not going to kill anyone.
See its a very real experiment, and someone at hospitals in different counties hinted brain implant. They made me hear voices, and people are making it so the disorder may be more permanent.
Police and judges are in on this as well. This is a long going experiment.
