Anyone hear that doesn't do drugs, or is not related to crime lets go and talk about killing people like we are insane, for the name of privacy. the law enforcement has to investigate us without us knowing, and there distracted so other's can have privacy.

People cant even quit smokeing becouase they cant afford the treatments that might work, and there environment plays a role. Makeing people pay to quit any drug is ineffective. this relates to illicate in some ways.
