ok so I explained in first email to ups that the guy knocked but dident deliver package or slip to get package. they said we could not understand your question.
so my next email was this.
OK let me explain this a little bit more clearly in a way that your companys managers can
understand. The beast aka us gov, keeps sending me these little poneys with there sacred little
touches. Now I know me not reciving this package was and accedent not a signal from "the base"
working with your company threw these eledged contracts. Now im sure the law enforcement will
defently not misconstrue these as they have no substantial history of missquoteing.
I guess i shouldent take this personal as this wasent on purpos by your company or employes and
was not "just a signal" from "the base" and it was not a cheap item. Obviously this was not a
communication threw you guys becouase we could just use the phone or email.
Anyways please be more responsible and actually deliver products, and not waste my time and money.
