Why Jews created stoning

Jews created stoning because killing a human is forbidden by the Ten Commandments. When you stone someone to death, you are not doing the killing. The stones thrown by a group are doing the killing. No individual person is responsible for the death. Jews have been exploiting loopholes in the system like these for thousands of years.
