Two simple ways to fix soccer

1. Absolutely no penalty kicks
Get fouled in the box?
Tough shit, give the yellow, and take it from center field
Aggregate tied? Out of time?
Tough shit, run another it another 15 minutes, someone's going to score eventually
2. Add an additional referee who reviews replays.
No more disallowed goals, no more rewarding dives, no more bullshit

The luck factor really needs to be lowered in this game
