Sure. Why not?

If you've chosen a major that doesn't greatly increase your ability to get a decent-paying job, it's kind of your fault if you can't find a job. Assuming all these idiots wasted is time, it's not a big deal if they have to spend more to get a better degree or do something else. The problem is that, more often than not, they've managed to rack up quite a bit of debt by the time they earn their degree.

Personally, I think that the amount of student loans one can get should depend on expected income with such a degree. In other words, if you can't pay up front for a useless degree (or show that in your case it wouldn't be useless), you ain't getting one.

Because on slow boards like these it's always best to post the picture on 4chan that's gonna 404 in a few hours as opposed to uploading it elsewhere so people can actually see it.

The myth that capitalism works conveniently ignores reality.

That's not the comic from the OP. Same kind of sentiment though.

True for modern practices. Back when governments were far less intrusive, capitalism worked very well.

Clearly you do not understand political history. Today, financial collapses take down more people than usual, since from intrusive government, they are forced to participate in many financial schemes.

Oh?  Like car insurance?  Maybe if people lived where they spent all day then it wouldn't be such a fucking hardship to fling their bodies through space every day.
