Have I overstayed my welcome on Lounge?

I've been here for many years, and I feel like I have made great contributions and posts here, however there are those out there who are against me.

I feel like I've jumped the shark at this point, and I don't want to continue on posting if that is the case.

Sometimes you must realize when it is time to move on, I wonder if it is now time for me to do so.

I know I shouldn't pay any attention to some random faggot on the internet, but what really pisses me off about Tokiko is that he's very new to textboards and yet he tries to post as if he knows all about it and its culture. It's like when you have a group of friends who have some in-jokes in your circle and then some random awkward loner kid comes along and starts parroting the jokes only your little circle used, and it sounds and feel completely unnatural for the weird outsider to use them, especially since there's more to the jokes than the humor (it's mainly about ``hey, we have these common phrases and terms we use to connect with and identify ourselves as a group''). It's not about being a ``secret club'' or something, it just sounds weird when someone who wasn't there uses it, if that makes sense. I guess a good way of explaining would be to make this example: ``hax my anus'' is often repeated quite often on W4c, but would beating it to death by posting it on macro images and printing it on T-shirts make it more amusing? No, that would just be beating an already-dead horse. Same thing with the imageboard memes and phrases, like ``epic win'' and shit. Repeating old shit makes is less amusing, not more amusing, especially when it wasn't really funny in the first place.
