Define black people

Can someone define what makes a person black? Because apparently only niggers can use the N word. Only niggers are eligible for certain loans. Only niggers are eligible for certain welfare programs. So please, prove someone is black. You'd like to prove someone is black but you just spent the past hour talking about how race doesn't exist. The wonders of doublethought.

Black person:

1. Calls other Black people "nigga".
2. Hates Whites with a passion.
3. Q about 15 points lower than comparable Whites.
4. Skin's so dark it looks like it's smeared with shit.
