I had them about 9 months ago. I was walking down the street one day, and suddenly I realized that my anus was hurting real bad. I went into a toilet, wiped and found lots of blood. I went to see a specialist, where I got a colonoscopy and endoscopy.
Long story short, I got the surgery done to sew up the swelling and bleeding blood vessels in my anus. But that was only when my nightmare started. After surgery it hurt so bad for a full month, I could only sit on a ring float, but the absolute worst thing is when I try to take a shit. My anus was swollen up from the inside from the procedure, and I would try for hours to shit anything out. I had the meds to keep my stool soft, but I would squeeze and squeeze to force the poop out, and a few times it hurt so bad I would break out all over in cold sweat and nearly passed out a few times.
After about a month of that I was basically healed up, but I was still having trouble shitting, so I went back to the doctor, and he said that during the healing process some parts of the anus got stuck together, so he had to physically stick his fingers there and stretch it for me, all without anesthesia. It hurt so bad I could barely walk after that.
