believe me when money is collapse and at 12 oclock you have like 10 deutschmarks in ur pocket and u must to change your money very fast on black market because one hour after it cost nothing, zero. Everybody very poor then ur only rich how many friends you have and you must have many friends or you die. So you be just happy smile and friendly with everybody all the time because u never know who is going to help you or not. you learn very fast when question is are you gonna eat or not. Also city is very dangerous if you dont have friends every place.
