Asking out girl at local grocery store

Is it a bad idea? There is this girl who works often at the local grocery store. I think she's fuckin' hot, I know its her job but she is so fucking sweet and her voice is sexy too.

I want her, but I fear if I ask and rejected I'll be forced to stop shopping there so I probably won't ask at all since I'm a coward when it comes to such things.
