What kinds of things should one ask an internet celebrity?

'Sup Shii?  What color appliances should I get?  Stainless steel shows wear in a hurry and I think it's about to go out of fashion.  Black looks nice, but it's also prone to showing dirt too easily.  White seems like the obvious choice, but it just feels conservative and dull. 

Now I know you live in Japan, so you probably keep your rice cooker in the bathroom to free up enough counter space to use your single burner, but please imagine for a minute you live in the first world and give me some input here.
