Can cancer make your hai fall out

Or is that just thru chemo. I finish in the bath and hair is everywhere. Im too young for this shit. Is this because I made fun of British people having too many men with receding hairlines. Karma?

I am not a 5 year old this is an honest question aside from the joke added to it. My hair keeps falling out and Im 32 its freaking me out. I dont want to be a baldy, it suits some men but it wont suit me.
