Best zombie defense

The only problem with living in a building like that is the building will fall victim to maintenance issues.  Admittance minor they will add up overtime without attendance. For 20 years or so it will be fine but 40years + the building will become unsafe. Windows will fall out, leaks etc can damage stair wells and so on.

The subway system in NYC and almost all cities relies on water pumps to stop them flooding.  The NYC system will be completely flooding within a week - official engineer estimate.
