who should get the money in a swear jar

I work at a restaurant and if we swear we put a dollar in the jar. My boss keeps all the money. Shouldn't it go to charity or to the customers? Like give them $5 off their meal with the money in the swear jar to cover the discount?

guys what is a swear? This shit is ridicules. searusly anything taboo or disgusting that theres a word for etc. Just look at US schools, they dont even teach what a swear word is or swearing. anything not nice does not work. People are raised stupid and the more correct end up getting fucked for it; reverse prime selection.
