I think that the color of your skin has very little to do with your cultural and knowledge advancements. How can Africans and South Asians or Native Americans produce anything in recent history when they were enslaved by European imperialism for hundreds of years? Before that they all had very advanced cultures, much more advanced than most European ones.

Why do you think there is such a discrepancy? You could add up every chinese, jew, arab, black ect invention or discovery and all of them combined would only be a tiny fraction of what White people have invented and discovered.
The Chinese and Arabs made every fundamental scientific discovery that modern science is based on, and invented the scientific method. Europe was in 'the dark ages' until they discovered ancient Arab and Chinese texts.
