Practically everybody is predicting the collapse of the US, and by extension the western world. People claim that China will become a "superpower" within decades, perhaps expanding its territories through invasions in the pacific.
Let's look at the facts:
China will run out of energy soon. Coal reserves are running low, oil is unsustainable. Even now its army is only good for defense and crushing Tibet, it certainly couldn't invade the likes of Australia successfully, whether the US intervened or not. The US is the ONLY country capable of long distance invasions in the world.
Massive famines in China will cause huge riots, totally destabilizing their shitty government. Unless the US intervenes to prop them up of course. The fact is, monogamy is a social tool to keep frustrated males from constantly throwing revolutions. The Chinese have no women, and a massive surplus of bored young men with no purpose. Guaranteed unrest, and the Chinese government will have nowhere to channel it, due to not having enough fuel.
China is totally dependent on western consumers and has no leverage. If we decide to move manufacturing back to the west they are screwed. They will be forced to sell their precious metals (essential for computer manufacturing for now, but US innovation is already moving computers beyond dependence on China's resources).
The OWS movements in the west are guaranteed to bring manufacturing jobs back, just so all the retards will be too busy and too tired to riot. China knows this, and is doing everything it can to encourage the police in various countries to silence the protests.
Basically, the west is correcting itself through peaceful political unrest and the ruling elites will eventually make concessions to the huddles retard masses to avoid violent unrest (domestic unrest is the only thing that could possibly unseat the US from its throne, outside of a Yellowstone eruption).
these concessions will all involve redistributing manufacturing and IT jobs back to the west, while fucking other countries.
The US has massive reserves of unconventional oil that can be extracted, with the cost reducing yearly. The US also has massive teams of FREE THINKING scientists with HUGE budgets to develop alternative energy sources, while China wallows in empire-worship and short term money making schemes.
Everything will be fine within 50 years. The US will remove the rogue states, develop new forms of energy production, continuing developing an unchallengeable army that needs less and less foot soldiers, continue investing in the entertainment industry, and all the rest. Meanwhile China, India, Africa will all be wallowing in even more disease and confusion and impotence than they are now.
