The mind is a powerful thing, one simple example would be say... The placebo effect? Hmm. Well, the mind is able to affect the body to create say pain yet nothing is causing the pain it's "all in your head". While some disagree that the mind can't affect anything outside of the body I say it can, although is it done by focusing hard? by believing it sort of like the placebo effect? What? I know it is possible (more than likely) I have seen it a number of times mostly ONLY where i was to believe it or something, never focusing i can't do it then yet when relaxing the mind it is more possible ? what? figure it out for yourself
