We are the 99%.

Why do we continue to tolerate the tyranny of the 1%?

CDS's, inheritance, and phony money ('fractional reserve banking')  are the reasons why the US is such a shit hole.  The only bank that can issue currency is a private, for-profit Wall St Investment bank (the NY fed), and so they only issue money to the people who own it.  The result is that a banker can claim to have 99^2% as much money as even exists, then give themselves a huge bonus, and demand a bailout when their latest Ponzi scheme fails.  Is it any wonder that Lehman Brothers paid out 4.4 billion in bonuses the year the company failed?  They had literally no money, but thanks to fractional reserve and the ny fed (which they partly owned), they could produce money out of thin air.  

And people wonder by bread is so expensive.  Most of us can't get jobs, even with a college degree.
