Let's say you and some other faggot have a job digging ditches, you get paid $6 an hour regardless of how many ditches you dig. You can dig 100 ditches and the faggot-nigger can dig 3 ditches and you'll both be paid the same amount and the faggot-nigger will probably be promoted while you are threatened by some Jew to "work harder or else". This would never happen in a centralized system with standards.
