They always talk about putting some minor on trial and pretending he is not a minor, but what about the other way around? There may be situations where we want to put an adult on trial and pretend that he is a juvenile.
For instance, if he watches Pokemans all day then he might be like that, or maybe he is a pothead since he was 12 and his brain never got older. Or maybe he only did juvenile crime so he should only do juvenile time, such as spray-painting LOL MY BALLS on a school wall.
