I purchased Oxi Clean Versatile Powder to get the cum stains out of my carpet like it shows on the TV commercial. I used as directed. It took the cum stains out but also took the color out of my two year old cream colored carpet. It looks like I have BLEACH marks everywhere I used the product. This is not safe for carpets!!! Naturally, Chuch and dwight who produce oxi clean will not do anything about this. I will no longer be purchasing any of Chuch and Dwight products. Shame on them for saying safe for carpets on the label. If it took the color out of my nylon synthetic carpet it will take the color out of any carpet. I mailed them photos, a piece of my carpet, and there product back to them so they could do a test for themselves. I was told claim was denied because I did not try first in an inconspicuous spot first.
