Probably lulzsec is CIA themselves put by the government to find an excuse to censor internet. I expect China internet version 2 in a few decades minus the porn censorship.

It probably is. These guys can take down the CIA website and NOT get caught despite some of the best hackers being bought by the government? Not fucking likely.
