My friend was on omegle yesterday. He used a vid of a girl to make another girl show her boobs. He then told her he'd videoed it and would post if she didn't show more.
She didn't show more and said she'd report him to the police and had his ip number. She enjoyed threatening him even though he said he'd delete the video and he did.
She seemed to take notes and pics of the screen as evidence. Is he in trouble ? She was 17 and from australia where the age of consent is 16.

1. She did not get his IP. Any dumb skank posting pics of tits online isn't getting anyone's IP.
2. Nobody in America is going to arrest somebody for trolling Omegle. Especially since the Australian authorities consider her to be of age. INTERPOL is not gonna crack down on this one.

So you think he's ok ? I don't see how she could prove anything anyway. She get the ip number but not the exact address. Omegle or the police could get that but would they bother ? Even then wouldn't she need the original chat details from omegle not just her screenshots and do omegle keep these records ?
I tried to report something to omegle once and they never bothered to get back to me.

I hope he's ok. I can't see all the following happening.
1 - she reports it
2 - she actually got his ip
3 - she got any other evidence such as videos pictures etc
4 - police take it further
As far as I can see unless she's got all the above she hasn't got a case. Even if she has all the above would he face any serious charges ?
