This place is weird

Is this even part of 4Chan? I found this through a google search. Is this 4Chan's mobile alternative, minus images and plus text?

Why does it seem so dead? And why do the boards here suck? Even the lounge lacks any interesting content.

I'm genuinely confused.

The lounge is the cream of the cream of 4chan.  Other than rude louts, belligerent youths, and political blowhards, the gentlemen of lounge are altogether sophisticated and easy-going.
