What he said, mostly, although you don't really need running water...just a small amount of water and cloth. We not talking about keeping a John Deere tractor clean, just an inch or two of flesh. Evolutionary speaking, if we've got a foreskin, it's there for a reason...I trust nature more than I trust some strange antiquated religious ritual.
