Why is eugenics a bad thing?

Eugenics is the science that deals with the improvement (as by control of human mating) of hereditary qualities of a race or breed.

We need this in today's time where the majority of our over-populated population are retarded and niggers and spics are massively breeding and brainwashed homosexual whites are paying taxes to support their welfare.
