Prove you aren't a cop

"He said a woman got into his car and asked whether he is a cop. To prove he isn't, the officer rubbed his groin area"(item#2)

First mistake: referring to himself as "the officer".  Use something more like "The mysterious gentleman is rubbing his groin area".
