Someone used this pic on /sp/ and this has to be the most androgynous thing I've seen... The thread was just the same person replying to himself so my question was ignored. I'm hoping someone hear would know. What is it?

Which stations?  I watched some A&E this evening because Criminal Minds got my attention.  Did not see that chick dude.
