How come small time world5ch has way better board styles than 4chan which is supposedly the most popular website in the world?

So why don't we have Blue Moon & Tanasinn yet?

I've sent moot about 20 emails and still nothing. And I was accidentally banned from IRC for some reason but I did manage to get in about 50 requests for it before I was banned so I hope he saw it.
