The Constitution only says Negroes are 3/5th's of a free white man. Check out Article I, Section 2. Negroes were property not free or equal citizens.
Do you expect people to believe that Washington or Jefferson or any of the American revolutionaries thought Negroes were their equals? Unless history is being twisted and changed for some reason.
