Put all those less fortunate like starving children in Africa aside but I really feel that my Christmas has been shite.
First of all I don't want to sound ungrateful. Any present is lovely and I am thankful for any presents I receive be them socks or an XBOX 360.
Lets take this in the eyes of a middle class family. Not stupidly rich or poor but a family that can afford to support 2 children in a Detached house with 4 cars.
Anyway. Opening presents and this year I asked for nothing in particular so i was expecting complete surprises and I think i received the worst one.
Lets put it this way my 'best' present was a school bag from Fat Face. When looking at it from a family point of view that is fine if no one else really gets anything significant but when I personally spend £80 of my part time job money on each person and I get a bag? Not to mention my mum being bought a Wii, my brother a laptop and my dad an iPod Touch?
Have i missed something here of does this seem unfair? I feel so insignificant at the moment but feel really bad because i dont want to be ungrateful but i just feel this Christmas has been a huge let down for me
