He was implying that national soccer teams primarily consisting of 1 ethnicity win. And he's right because every national soccer team consists primarily of 1 ethnicity.

The USA team (I don't care enough to look it up) is mixed, consisting of whites, blacks and latinos, and they lose. It's a fallacy though, because they only lose because the US isn't a soccer country, they still dominate nearly every Olympics, even before the US was a big superpower.
