One time i accidentally got into an argument about politics with an idiot on an airplane. It started out as some harmless Lincoln praising, but it turned into so much more. We were talking about the war in Afghanistan and he said "The fact that we are fighting specific people and not the country is why we are losing", I agreed but asked what we should do about it seeing as we only wanted to fight certain people. He, with a straight face mind you, replied "Nuke the fuck outta them". I was taken aback, scared for humanity. I managed to spit out "But what about the innocent people, they have families, what if the roles were reversed. Don't you think that your child would deserve to live?" He looked at me and me and said "Well the roles aren't reversed and I need to protect my family. You wouldn't understand you are only 15."
That was the day that I knew that we as a society were doomed, it saddens me thinking of the ignorance of that man.

I don't think it is even feasible. Has anyone calculated how many bombs or megatons are needed per surface area of a country? How about the mountains area, which isn't even flat? What about the wind carrying shit around the world? What about the ones who are out of the country at the time? Next time, you should admonish such a person for failing to even write up basic back-of-the-napkin calculations. He may as well have said, "we should paint the whole thing pink".

The Civil War proves that the people an American should fear the most is another American.

Who cares, they're just dirty brown people who don't make a difference in the world. I say fry 'em all, our lives are much more important.
Besides, they love bombs and getting blown up, why else do you think they do it to themselves?
