The game is quite dynamic in that there's loads of mods available. When I first downloaded it, I ``played'' it all the way to dawn and then some. Patching is a bit of a hassle but you only need to do it once.
You'll probably enjoy it the most if you have a specific waifu that you can't get enough of or whatnot. Otherwise it's not really the last masturbation aid you'll ever need, so to speak.

It's bloated for a couple of models and animations, and the default sex animations looks like you're prodding her with a cattle prod over and over - the same animation without variation or even customizable personality. Maybe it's my gfx gard, but I see no reason for it to be this bloated, and you can't even set whether you want the game to in any way prioritize speed or performance. 1GB can contain lots of Rule 34 porn instead, of greater variation.
Patching it you technically have to do 4-5 times in a row: XP pack 1, 2, 3, 4 and uncensored crack. There are also two SP packs, but people tell me those aren't needed.
